Matze500 made this very useful +9 trainer for the role playing game Two Worlds II that anyone can use to receive these in-game cheats: god mode, infinite money, free crafting, free lockpicks, infinite skill points, infinite attribute points, one hit kill, super speed, 10x experience points.
Note: This cheat tool is for the 1.3.7 version of the game Two Worlds II.
